Working towards the goals in your plan
Podiatry, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, dietetics and psychology, funded through your NDIS plan. No GP referral needed.
Medicare, NDIS, DVA, WorkCover and private health funds accepted.

Does OnePointHealth take NDIS participants?
Yes, across podiatry, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, dietetics and psychology. No GP referral is needed. We invoice plan managers and the NDIA directly, so most participants are never invoiced. Appointments are available at seven centres, by home visit and by telehealth.

How is your plan managed?
This is the first thing we need to know, and many participants are not sure of the answer. Your plan document says which one applies to you.
Plan-managed.
A plan manager pays our invoices on your behalf. You choose any provider you like, and you never see a bill.
Self-managed.
You pay us and claim it back from your plan. You have the most flexibility over who you see.
NDIA-managed.
The NDIA pays providers directly, and you can only use registered providers.
If you are not sure which applies to you, call us and we will work it out together. It is not something you need to have sorted before you get in touch.
Am I eligible?
You do not need to work out which budget your funding sits in before you call. Tell us what you are after and how your plan is managed, and we will check whether it fits. If it does not, we will tell you rather than book you in and sort it out later.
You can usually use your plan at OnePointHealth if:
You have an NDIS plan with funding for allied health or capacity building supports.
The support relates to your disability and to the goals in your plan.
Your plan is self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed.
How NDIS allied health works
There are four stages between getting in touch and your first appointment. No GP referral is needed at any point.
Send us an enquiry.
Tell us what you are after, your NDIS number and how your plan is managed. No GP referral is needed. We check the fit.
We confirm that the support matches your plan goals and that the funding is available. We set up a service agreement.
This sets out what we will provide, what it costs and how cancellations work, so there are no surprises. We invoice your plan manager or the NDIA directly.
If you are self-managed, we invoice you and you claim it back. For psychology, step 3 also includes an intake form, and appointments are arranged rather than booked online. See NDIS psychology.

What we will need from you
You do not need all of this to call us. If you are not sure how your plan is managed or where your funding sits, we will work it out with you before your first appointment.
What will this cost me?
Approved supports are billed to your plan at the NDIA price limits. If you are plan-managed or NDIA-managed you will not be invoiced. If you are self-managed, you pay us and claim it back from your plan.
Connected care
Most participants are working on more than one thing, and plans often fund more than one of us.

One team, one plan.
Where your plan funds several services, we work from the same goals rather than running separate programs that never meet.

We work with the people already in your corner.
With your consent, your practitioner can coordinate with your support coordinator, your GP or another provider you already see.
Where you can be seen
NDIS appointments are available at all seven of our centres, though not every service runs at every centre. Home visits and telehealth are available for some services.
Podiatry.
All seven centres, plus home visits across Western Sydney, the Blue Mountains, the North Shore and the Northern Beaches.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a GP referral to use my NDIS plan here?
No. Unlike Medicare and DVA, the NDIS does not require one. You can contact us directly.
How do I know if my plan covers what I need?
Tell us what you are hoping to work on and we will check it against your plan goals. If it does not fit, we will tell you rather than book you in and sort it out afterwards.
Who do you invoice?
Your plan manager, or the NDIA if your plan is agency-managed. If you are self-managed, we invoice you and you claim it back.
Can you provide a report for my plan review?
Yes. Ask us and your practitioner will prepare a report setting out what has been worked on and what they recommend next.
Can I use more than one service?
Yes, where your plan funds them. Many participants see two or three of our practitioners, and we work from the same goals rather than separately.
Tell us what you are working towards
Send us an enquiry with your NDIS number and how your plan is managed. We will check the fit and set up a service agreement before anything is booked.
