Working at OnePointHealth
Seven clinics. Nine disciplines. One connected team across Western Sydney, the Blue Mountains and Ryde. Here is what it’s like to be a part of it.

A great place to work
OnePointHealth Group is Great Place to Work certified and ranked #2 on Best Workplaces in Healthcare and Social Assistance, 2025.

What we offer
Ninety-five percent of our team say OnePointHealth is a great place to work.

Connected clinical work
A genuine multidisciplinary practice where podiatry, physio, EP, dietetics, psychology, chiropractic and massage actually share patients and plans.

Real career development
OneTeam internal education, cadetship pathways, education leave and financial allowance. Career progression is something we plan, not something you have to ask for.

Wellbeing that means something
Paid parental leave, private health discounts, an Employee Assistance Program, mental health awareness, and OnePointHealth Wellbeing Week.

Competitive remuneration
Competitive salaries with bonus pathways, healthcare service discounts for you and your family, and a staff recognition program that runs all year.

Workplace experience
Premium clinic spaces, modern equipment, flexible hours, work type diversity, regular team bonding and a deliberate focus on culture.

Brand that backs you
OnePointHealth is a recognised name in allied health across our regions. Patients know us, GPs refer to us, and communities trust us. That recognition follows you through your career.
What we value
Three values shape who we are as a team.
Hire for them, work to them, lead by them.

Positivity
Optimism grounded in experience. We focus on what is possible, in clinical work and in each other.

Care
Genuine investment in the people on the team and the people we look after. We notice each other.

Progress
Everyone starts somewhere. Whether you're a student, new graduate or experienced clinician, we're committed to helping you keep moving forward personally and professionally.
What it is actually like here
Values and pillars on a page tell you part of the story.
The day itself is harder to write down. Here are a few of our team in their own words.
“I came here as a new graduate and got plugged into a network of experienced clinicians from day one. Five years in, I’m now mentoring the cadets who started this year.”

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer cadetships or new-graduate programs?
Yes, both. Our Clinical Cadet program is a structured pathway designed for students and final-year graduates moving into clinical work, with mentorship from senior practitioners across our disciplines. Our new graduate program supports recent graduates through their first year of practice: shadowing, regular case reviews, and a built-in education framework rather than figuring it out on your own. See our Cadetships page for the detail, or apply directly to any role tagged “new graduate” or “cadetship” in the listings.
Do you require Working With Children Checks for all roles?
Anyone whose role involves working with people under 18 (paediatric podiatry, child psychology, NDIS support for young people, school health programs and similar) is legally required to hold a current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC). For roles without regular contact with minors, we still encourage a WWCC as part of onboarding because clinical environments tend to bring people into incidental contact with patients across all ages. Individual job listings flag whether a WWCC is mandatory or recommended.
How quickly will I hear back after applying?
Our HR team reviews every application and will be in touch within five business days. If there is no suitable role open right now, we hold your resume and contact details for up to 12 months for future opportunities, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Do you provide education leave and financial allowances?
Yes. Education leave and a financial allowance are part of what we offer, alongside our OneTeam internal education program and cadetship pathways. Career progression is something we plan with you, not something you have to ask for. See our Employee Benefits page for the full list.
