Physiotherapy to help you move well and get back to what matters
Pain, injury or surgery can put life on hold. Our physiotherapists take the time to understand how you’re moving, identify factors that may be contributing to your symptoms, and develop an evidence-informed treatment plan tailored to your goals, whether that’s returning to work, sport or everyday life.
Medicare, WorkCover, DVA, NDIS and private health funds accepted.

What is physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy focuses on assessing how your muscles, joints and nervous system work together to help you move. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing ongoing pain or preparing to return to sport after surgery, physiotherapy aims to improve movement, build confidence and support your recovery. Across our centres in Penrith, the Blue Mountains and Ryde, that means evidence-based care built around your goal, not a generic exercise sheet.

One Team Behind Your Care
Behind every appointment is a team of practitioners who know each other, trust each other and work together for you. Across seven clinics and nine disciplines, our team shares expertise, coordinates treatment plans and celebrates your progress together.
Connected care
Connected care means your physiotherapist is part of one team, working from the same plan. Here is what that looks like for you.
We start with what you want to get back to.
Not just what hurts. What you would be doing if the pain or injury were not in the way: back on site, back in training, or through a day without thinking about it. That goal shapes your plan, your practitioners, and the way we measure progress.
When it supports your care, your practitioner may involve other members of the team to provide additional expertise.
Your physio may recommend seeing an exercise physiologist or, with your consent, loop in a psychologist. A second set of eyes tailored to your individual needs.
Your care travels with you.
Move between our centres and your plan comes with you, so you are not starting over each visit. We only share information beyond your treating team, such as with your GP or, for a work injury, your insurer, with your consent, so you stay in control of who sees what.
Our funding pathways
Physiotherapy can be accessed privately or through several funding pathways. For current private fees, contact your nearest centre.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?
No, you can book directly. You may need a referral for funded pathways such as Medicare (EPC or CDM), DVA or WorkCover.
Is physiotherapy covered by WorkCover?
Yes. We accept WorkCover referrals and manage the paperwork with your insurer, and we build a clear return-to-work plan as part of your care.
Can I claim physiotherapy on Medicare?
If your GP refers you under an EPC or CDM plan, you may be entitled to Medicare-rebated sessions. The number of sessions is set by your plan.
What happens in the first physiotherapy appointment?
Your physiotherapist asks what happened and what you want to get back to, assesses how you move, starts treatment, and gives you a plan including a home program in writing.
How long does a physio appointment last?
An initial appointment usually takes around 45 minutes. Follow-up appointments are generally shorter.
Do you offer sports physiotherapy and post-surgical rehab?
Yes. We work with sports injuries and post-surgical recovery, and can coordinate with your surgeon or GP where needed.
Do you offer women’s health physiotherapy?
Yes, at selected centres. Ask our team which centre is the best fit for what you need.
