Telehealth: allied health care from the comfort of home
Not every appointment needs you to travel. Our telehealth service connects you with our dietitians and psychologists by secure video, so you can get evidence-based care from a private space at home, or anywhere in Australia.
Medicare, NDIS, DVA and private health rebates may apply for eligible appointments.

Proud to support the communities we serve
What is a telehealth appointment?
A telehealth appointment is a consultation with one of our practitioners by secure video or phone call, instead of in person. Telehealth suits many appointments, including nutrition support, psychology sessions, follow-ups and advice-based care. Some appointments still need an in-person visit, and we will tell you if yours does.
What you need
A telehealth appointment works best with a few simple things ready.
- A device with a camera and microphone (phone, tablet or computer)
- A stable internet connection
- A quiet, private space
- Any GP referral, recent results, or a list of your medications, if relevant
